1. Stripping deck (and rail if need be) with biodegradable water based stripper and pressure wash.

2. 24 hours later a thorough sanding of all surfaces.

3. Recoating with a transparent style exterior oil based finish. Our favorite is "Messmers" a finish developed in the west for high altitude "U V" protection.
